When you are struggling to have a baby, you can feel lonely and overwhelmed. There are so many decisions to be made, and it’s not always clear which path is the best one for you. As a Fertility Doula, there are many ways I can help you on your journey.

With so many options available, I will help you make a plan that you and your partner are comfortable with. Looking at all aspects of your life and lifestyle, we can identify ways to increase your chances of conception, from learning your body’s natural way of telling you when you are most fertile, to navigating the IVF journey.

The abundance of medical information you receive is overwhelming when you are considering ART (Artificial Reproductive Techniques). Let’s discuss options such as such as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), IUI (Intrauterine Insemination), and Clomid (an estrogen modulator), and make some sense of it all. Having strong ties with most of the clinics in the UAE and their staff, I’ll help you gather the information you’ll need to select the perfect clinic for your chosen fertility treatments, based on your specific circumstances and situation.

During the process, if you get a test result you don’t fully understand, I can help clarify what it means. If your doctor requests a test and you aren’t sure why, we can make sure you know exactly what’s happening. I do not give medical advice, but I will help you understand your choices, make informed decisions, and ask just the right questions at your next doctor’s appointment.

If you are looking for alternative or holistic aids to your treatments, I can connect you to resources* such as acupuncturists, nutritionists, psychologists, osteopaths, hypnotists, herbalists, and chiropractors.

Finding the emotional support you and your partner need during this time can be a struggle, too. Guiding you through every step, I can help provide this support when friends and family may not understand. I will be your safe person to talk to about any fears and anxieties around infertility. Having been through this trial myself, I truly understand your struggle. Gratefully, after multiple IVFs, IUIs, and rounds of Clomid, with a heart-breaking miscarriage at 12 weeks, I was blessed with twins.
